Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to players, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations in the gaming industry, applying this knowledge to improve our operations and services

Requirements

  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent, with a background in electronics or a related field
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in a Slot Operations or Electronics area, preferably in a gaming environment
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)
