Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Exhibit high standards of customer service.

  • Acquire necessary permits for international transport.
  • Operate and drive flatbed trucks to deliver goods and materials.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, including tires, lights, and brakes.
  • Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs as needed.
  • Carry out pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
  • Implement preventive maintenance on vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with central dispatch.
  • Document cargo details, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel usage.
  • Ensure safety and security of cargo through proper tarping.
  • Handle and transport hazardous materials safely.
Licenses and Certifications
  • AZ class license required.
  • Air Brakes Endorsement is mandatory.
Documentation Skills
  • Familiarity with accident and incident reporting.
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods occurrence documentation.
  • Experience with driver logbooks and inspection reports.
  • Ability to maintain trip reports and repair logs.
Equipment and Technology

Travel Requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods and overnight trips.
Physical and Work Conditions
