Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager, Merchandising to join our team at our Boucherville store. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store appearance and maintain a clean and safe shopping environment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or merchandising role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in French (required) and English (an asset)
