* Develop a territory sales plan and strategy for retail and on-premise partners
* Assist in building effective routes and customer call tracking.

* Track all in-field activities through CRM tools and report on KPIs.
* Execute and measure distribution, visibility, and promotions.
* Support customers with inventory and orders for effective stock management.
* Build strategic customer plans for sustained growth.
* Assist in the training and development of new Sales Representatives.
* Identify and target relevant on-premise accounts in the territory.
* Work with customers to develop promotions and events.
* Support retail and on-premise sampling events.
* Leverage data to support selling stories in customer accounts.
* Be a category expert to build and develop customer relationships.
* Keep all accounts engaged and support growing case orders.

Requirements:

* Previous sales or marketing experience in consumer goods would be preferred.
* Experience in alcohol beverages is considered a strong asset.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
