Technical Solutions Manager

EightSix Network is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Manager - ESG to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the technical product management of ESG and Sustainability related solutions that integrate digital platforms with 3rd party technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our Digital Strategy and Proof of Value team to define technical requirements for ESG offerings, including applications, technologies, and services.
- Work with dealers and customers to understand technical requirements and inform the GHG reduction/sustainability solution roadmap.
- Plan and document requirements for capturing and securely sharing machine data and analytical insights between stakeholders and 3rd party ecosystem partners.
- Evaluate and document technical capabilities of 3rd party solutions as part of the Proof of Value early adoption testing, CVC investment, and M&A due diligence processes.
- Develop an ESG digital solution technical roadmap, including key features and services with anticipated timelines.
- Work with customers, dealers, and technology partners to document technical requirements for Proof of Value testing with early adopter customers.
- Document technical feedback from dealers and customers from PoV testing and validate with stakeholders.
- Create technology assessments and reports on technology partners, including technical assessments, technical roadmap requirements, and fit to overall solution strategy.
- 5-10 years of Technical Product Management or related experience in ESG, Sustainability, and GHG reduction.
- Experience identifying and working with Industrial IoT and/or cloud-based ecosystem partners, including creation of APIs and technical planning for customer deployments around sustainability solutions.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to both technical and business audiences, including value proposition around ESG/Sustainability.
- Previous experience with sustainability technologies and services for mining or similar industrial markets.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Ability to understand business problems and apply technology and services to meet problems.
- Proactive technical problem solver with strong ability to map technologies to business priorities.
- Exposure to sustainability processes and practices, including technical data gathering, monitoring, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent active listener and consultative communicator with strong partnership skills.
- Proven self-starter with ability to turn objectives into actions and results.
- Strong integrity and team player in support of our organization and 3rd party ecosystem culture.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, or similar technology degree specializing in Sustainability technologies.
Travel:Travel of up to 10% may be required (must have a valid passport and be legally able to travel internationally if required).
Leadership:Independently productive and requires minimal supervision. The Technical Solutions Manager is expected to take ownership of their work and assignments and be responsible to see them through to completion. Technical thought leadership to customers, partners, and solution team members is expected.
