Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Prospera Credit Union. As a key member of our Member Service Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Service: Greet and assist members with their inquiries, concerns, and needs, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, identifying opportunities to deepen their engagement and loyalty.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, recommending solutions that meet members' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and communicate effectively with members to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying current on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial services and products, with the ability to recommend solutions that meet members' needs.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
