About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Lumine Coffee. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
  • Production Planning: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
  • Health and Safety: Operate machinery safely and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
