Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Circle K Fox Creek. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail management software.
