Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Office Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, guests, and external partners, including preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects and programs, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and tracking progress.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
