About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patio Builder to join our team at Creative Homescapes Inc. As a Patio Builder, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, reading blueprints and specifications, and repairing and servicing exterior prefabricated products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, such as patios, decks, and fences, to meet customer specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, including patios, decks, and fences, to ensure they are safe and functional.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and effective installations.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including tools and equipment, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and hammers, to complete installations and repairs.
Work Environment

As a Patio Builder, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working in a physically demanding role. You will be required to work in various locations, including construction sites and customer properties.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
