Procurement Specialist

CUREX MEDICAL & WATERLOO PHARMACY is seeking a skilled Purchasing Officer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchase equipment, materials, and supplies in accordance with established specifications and requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Assess and analyze supplier quotations to ensure best value for the company.
- Establish and manage delivery schedules to meet business needs.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to delivery schedules or supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective procurement strategies.
- 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
