Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our Asset Management & Engineering Department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing strategic plans for Transit Facilities, ensuring the efficient delivery of capital projects and maintaining functional standards and specifications guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for Transit Facilities to support development of future capital projects
  • Maintain functional standards and specifications guidelines for transit facilities
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and coordination
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Infrastructure Planning to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in engineering, planning, architecture, or a related field
  • Four (4) years of related experience in managing complex transportation or facility planning projects
  • Experience in functional planning for buildings and preparation of staff reports
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent experience
