We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Osmows. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Menu Planning and Inventory: Assist in planning menus and estimating food requirements to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless food service operations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented to the highest standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant or fast food outlet/concession environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks.
This is a permanent, full-time position with 35-40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
