We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Montana's BBQ & Bar. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
- Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and ideas.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
