Security Supervisor

Guardteck is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all security personnel are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Security Guard License
- Basic security clearance
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
