Software Requirements Engineer

Are you enthusiastic about crafting software solutions tailored to meet a variety of client needs? We are seeking a Software Requirements Engineer to enhance our team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate specific technical and functional requirements through comprehensive discussions with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to document and validate all requirements prior to their integration into the development workflow.
  • Oversee project requirements as a backlog to monitor development progress effectively.
  • Assist internal Product Owners, development teams, and UI/UX professionals in executing intricate solutions.
  • Play a key role in formulating practical requirements, particularly in the Engineering domain.

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in requirement gathering for software projects utilizing agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to work independently with a structured approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and analytical thinking.
