Job Description

Position: Senior Director/General Manager, Site Operations

Reports To: Vice President/General Manager, Oral Solid Dose Business

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and operational excellence in the site.
  • Collaborate with business and functional leaders to deploy a shared vision and clear operational strategy.
  • Partner with commercial teams to build plans for execution and ensure objectives align with strategic business plans.

Operational Excellence and Execution

  • Drive financial results for the site, including revenue, margin expansion, and cash flow.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process harmonization and best practices to accelerate growth and improve customer experience.
  • Demonstrate trusted partnerships with customers, driving the acquisition of new business and expanding services to current and new clients.
  • Use business data and analytics to assess risk and make informed decisions.

Structure and Organization

  • Drive optimal organization to achieve improved productivity, profitability, and competitive strength.
  • Build a high-performing team through talent acquisition, coaching, and development.
  • Drive individual accountability and ownership for results.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in business administration preferred.
  • Extensive experience delivering strong operational results in a highly regulated, complex manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant general management and P&L experience, with proficiency in enabling business functions.

  • Highly resilient, agile, and results-oriented, with ability to develop creative growth strategies and guide execution.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, mentor, and influence senior leaders to achieve performance objectives.
