Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our business.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
As a Culinary Team Member at Taste of Spice, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical demand. You will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
