Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales across various online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales across various online channels, including paid marketing programs, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Architect and implement data infrastructure to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across various channels, optimizing conversion points and user funnels accordingly.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), sales, etc. and provide data-driven insights for optimizations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the digital landscape, and recommend actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, creative, and events, to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize campaign spending to maximize ROI and achieve targeted goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations, and proactively recommend strategies for continuous improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on data analytics, strategy development, and campaign optimization.
  • Expertise in utilizing data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track and measure digital marketing performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, present findings, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, or similar tools.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, drive results, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
