About the Role:

We are seeking a licensed insurance broker to join our team at CHAT Insurance Services Inc. As a key member of our brokerage, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Provide sales and customer service support to clients
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings
* Participate in company trainings and continue studying

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in insurance or brokerage work
* RIBO license
* Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Fast learner with good office computer skills
