About the Role:

Ignite Talent Solutions is seeking a highly qualified corporate and commercial lawyer with at least 5 years of post-call experience to join our team. As a corporate and commercial lawyer, you will be responsible for providing outstanding client service in communication, legal advice, negotiations, and drafting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft agreements and other corporate/business documents.
  • Manage all aspects of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, reorganizations, financings, refinancing, and other corporate transactions.
  • Provide general corporate legal advice on corporate formation and structuring, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, and annual maintenance.
  • Work closely with entrepreneurs and managers to provide legal advice on day-to-day business operations and major transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' post-call experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in team environments.
