Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Escape Adventures Kamloops Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Work under pressure
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Physically demanding
  • Attention to detail
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Working Conditions:
