Position Overview

The Head of Building Maintenance at HNM Logistics Inc. is responsible for overseeing the upkeep and functionality of all facilities. This role involves ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and systems are maintained to the highest standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years
  • Equivalent experience may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and proposals to demonstrate the advantages of utilizing specific services or products
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of the organization's machinery, equipment, and both electrical and mechanical systems
  • Plan, organize, and oversee administrative services, including signage, cleaning, maintenance, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
  • Address and resolve issues related to products and services
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment-related problems
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
  • Employment Duration: Permanent
  • Working Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
