Bilingual Insurance Case Coordinator

Job Summary
The Insurance Case Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and effective delivery of insurance services to clients of Estate and Planning Specialists at IG Wealth Management. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage a caseload of new insurance business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between consultants, underwriters, and other insurance company representatives to facilitate the processing of new insurance applications.
- Verify the accuracy of all new insurance applications and take steps to resolve any inaccuracies.
- Ensure all outstanding requirements, such as questionnaires, amendments, and payments, are received and recorded in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and complete records using the insurance back-office system.
- Complete weekly follow-ups on pending cases and investigate and resolve any outstanding requirements.
- Provide information to stakeholders through written, telephone, and email requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a business environment, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Post-secondary certificate or diploma in a business-related discipline.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Strong PC skills, practical experience with Word, Excel, and Access.
- Bilingual – French is a requirement.
