Executive Director of Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at 2272803 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments to achieve sales targets
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors or other executive staff
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent employment
- English language
