SE Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals
- Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans that promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
- Reliable, flexible, and creative professional with effective interpersonal and communication skills
