At GV immigration Services Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Integration Manager to lead our technology integration efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
  • Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit staff
  • Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements
  • Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel
  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
  • Manage incidents
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT project management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading IT projects
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of software and hardware systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
