Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.

Coordinate Cleaning Activities

Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to a high standard.

Inspect and Maintain Facilities

Regularly inspect the facility to identify any areas that require attention and take corrective action to ensure that the facility remains safe and clean.

Prepare Budgets and Estimates

Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services to ensure that we are operating within our means.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to management.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, permanent position.
