About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at 9255630 Canada Inc. As a key member of our IT consulting team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex IT projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality results.
  • Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT and apply this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of IT professionals. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
