Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Mahakal Foods Ltd. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
