Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparing Meat: Clean and cut meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring all products meet our high standards.
- Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, as well as wrap and package prepared meats for sale.
- Meat Handling: Remove bones from meat, weigh meats for sale, and cut poultry into parts.
- Customer Service: Sell meats to customers, price meat products, and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure all products are properly stored and displayed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our retail team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or meat processing environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
