Key Responsibilities:

Territory includes: Fort St. John, Peace River, High Prairie, and Slave Lake

As a Retail Merchandise Associate, you will oversee the upkeep and implementation of our SmartStock Programs within customer retail environments in Central Alberta. Your responsibilities will encompass tote-to-rack merchandising, assembly of display racks, execution of plan-o-grams, product rotation, and comprehensive merchandising services. Your professionalism and execution are crucial in driving success for both our customers and vendors.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Adhering to a detailed call schedule as directed by the Sales Account Manager.
  • Regular communication with the Sales Account Manager for updated instructions.
  • Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program, including merchandising tasks.
  • Identifying and minimizing out-of-stock situations on shelves.
  • Ensuring product freshness and compliance with date code standards.
  • Promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maximizing display positioning and identifying display opportunities.
  • Ensuring accurate product display, pricing, and identification.
  • Collaborating to find solutions to customer challenges.
  • Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
