Job Title: TECH Retail Merchandising Manager

London Drugs Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced TECH Retail Merchandising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for developing sales through the presentation and merchandising of the TECH area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  • Lead and coach a team of sales managers and technicians to achieve financial objectives and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and industry trends, and communicate these to the team and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the TECH Department's operational software and support systems.
  • Knowledge of desktop PCs and Windows-based operating systems.
  • A thorough understanding of all TECH products and services of the Photo Electronics, photofinishing, Audio Video Systems, and Computer categories.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
