Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Dengarry Professional Services Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with intellectual, physical, and mental disabilities.

Job Summary:

The Support Worker will work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative and office activities, as well as assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as housekeeping and food preparation. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and care to individuals with intellectual, physical, and mental disabilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as housekeeping and food preparation
  • Provide administrative and office activities, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and provide high-quality care and support
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers involved with clients
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support
