Role Overview: The Associate Insurance Advisor II is integral to enhancing and managing the agency's operations through effective sales and customer service, primarily concentrating on personal lines such as auto and home insurance, as well as specialty lines including farm and commercial insurance products. This role may also encompass the sale and service of life and wealth products for those who are life licensed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding insurance coverages and policies.
- Engage in prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to determine client needs.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Perform regular client reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a General Insurance license is mandatory.
- A Life license is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector is required.
- Comprehensive understanding of auto and property insurance products is essential.
Additional Information:
- Frequent travel may be necessary.
- A valid driver's license and insurance are required.
- A background check including Criminal Record and Consumer History may be conducted.
