Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Electrician specializing in construction and maintenance to join our team at Property Developer One Ltd.. This role is crucial for ensuring the electrical systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a Registered Apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain electrical control systems and panel boxes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on professionalism.
  • Install underground wiring and cables as required.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
  • Test and measure voltage, loads, and ground fault integrity of circuits.
  • Select appropriate materials and methods for hazardous locations.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate electrical faults effectively.
  • Install surface-mounted and overhead cables as needed.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.
Certifications
  • Possession of a Construction Electrician Red Seal Certificate is required.
Safety and Security
  • Must be bondable.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
