PANDHER CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential building and management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and various reports to track project progress.
  • Supervise workers and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing actions for construction teams.
  • Provide training or arrange for training of new employees.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Set up necessary equipment for construction tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations.
  • Establish effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings accurately.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed for projects.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 35 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
