Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and provide a warm welcome, ensuring a positive first impression of our spa.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage client records, and maintain accurate waitlists.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle client inquiries, respond to phone calls, and provide basic information about our services and policies.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our spa team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer software.
