Position Overview

As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on providing seamless services and programs to our clients.

Work Schedule:
Permanent Full-time - 12-hour shifts, available from Sunday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including direct personal care
  • Enhance the quality of life for clients by fostering their independence, dignity, comfort, safety, and mobility
  • Address their social, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs
  • Provide clerical support and environmental assistance to Service Staff within your scope of knowledge and skills
Qualifications

  • Health Care Aid and/or Personal Support Worker Certificate from a Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care approved program, or equivalent
  • Preferred experience of 1 to 2 years
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certifications required
