Job Title: Application Analyst – Cadence

Mackenzie Health is seeking an experienced Application Analyst to join our team. As an Application Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of our electronic medical record (EMR) system, Cadence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for EMR-related issues
  • Collaborate with clinical and patient flow teams to enhance and improve EMR functionality
  • Analyze business operations and prioritize changes to EMR system
  • Participate in rotational on-call support and integrated system testing
  • Develop and maintain training environments and curriculums
  • Liaise with end-users, EMR, and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in a clinically related field
  • EPIC certification in Cadence, Grand Central, or Ambulatory
  • Superior experience with MS Office, Windows, and Visio
  • Experience working with Epic EMR
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification
  • Clinical, professional designations
  • Service Now experience
