As a key member of the Constructions Proco Inc. team, the Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services for our various construction sites and factories. This involves working closely with the Director of Purchasing to ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with established norms, laws, and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all procurement activities for our construction sites and factories, including the creation and validation of purchase orders and the tracking of inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential suppliers to ensure a stable and efficient supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize procurement efficiency.
- Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in a transparent and compliant manner.
**Requirements**
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Working Conditions**
