Job Description: Marketing Coordinator
Position Type: Full-time
The primary objective of this role is to oversee a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful achievement of the company's marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the marketing team in creating marketing materials, campaigns, research initiatives, events, and managing social media platforms.
- Prepare, format, and edit various documents managed by the marketing department.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing trends.
- Broaden the company's outreach by developing and executing external communication strategies and programs.
- Utilize various promotional tools to engage potential clients.
- Formulate, propose, implement, and drive marketing strategies for the advancement of all company projects.
- Exhibit self-direction and motivation, managing priorities to ensure timely and competent completion of deliverables.
- Prepare presentations for executive leadership as necessary.
- Manage and refresh online website and social media content.
- Produce and distribute promotional displays and signage, collaborating with external vendors as needed.
- Compile market research data.
- Coordinate special events and promotional activities for marketing and advertising purposes.
- Handle additional clerical and administrative tasks within the marketing department.
- Update and maintain budget control records.
- Oversee the Gift Card program.
- Design and implement Gift Card campaigns.
- Manage inventory effectively.
- Compile reports as required.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of one year of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong attention to detail, along with organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is preferred.
Flexibility in work schedule is required during specific events and promotions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
