Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and estimate damage to vehicles, taking into account the extent of the damage, materials required, and labor costs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise estimates and explanations of the repair process.
  • Work closely with our technicians and other team members to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in the auto body repair industry is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced repair shop environment.
