Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Estimator to join our team at THRIVE AUTO COLLISION. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing and estimating damage to vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient repair processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and estimate damage to vehicles, considering factors such as extent of damage, materials required, and labor costs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise estimates and repair plans.
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless repair processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to maintain expertise and provide high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in the auto body repair industry is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
