  • Guest Experience
    • Support the entire in-store experience during your shift

    • Champion floor leadership and exceptional guest experience
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Support inventory management to maximize sell-through
    • Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Manage store operations, including receiving, processing, restocking, and destocking
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate company initiatives, policies, and priorities to the team
    • Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve business objectives

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail experience
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
Availability
  • Minimum of one open, one close, and one weekend shift per week
  • Availability must reflect the needs of the business
  • Full-time or part-time schedule available
