About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Swiss Professional Service Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.

Coordinate Cleaning Activities

Oversee the daily cleaning schedule, ensuring that all areas of the facility are cleaned to a high standard.

Inspect and Maintain Facilities

Conduct regular inspections to identify any areas that require attention, and implement measures to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Manage Budget and Resources

Prepare and manage budgets, and coordinate the purchase of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify opportunities to improve the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, and recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations.

Maintain Financial Records

Ensure accurate and timely financial records, including payment for specialized cleaning jobs.

Assist Cleaners

Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, and assist with tasks such as cleaning and maintenance.

Coordinate with Other Departments

Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
