About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Inspector to join our team at Canadian Engineering and Inspection Ltd. As an Engineering Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigations and Examinations: Conduct thorough investigations and examinations of components, equipment, and systems to identify defects and non-conformities.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from accidents and incidents to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports of findings and recommendations for corrective action.
  • Inspections and Evaluations: Inspect and evaluate material and equipment for compliance to industry standards and regulations.
  • Recommendations: Provide expert advice and recommendations for improvements in inspection, licensing, and safety standards.
  • Expert Testimony: Provide expert testimony in court and other forums as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the quality and safety of our clients' products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
