Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at 3 S JVT. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the organization, setting objectives, and formulating policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish and manage major departments and senior staff positions
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff
  • Manage events, conduct performance reviews, and establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a large workload
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role, with a strong background in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
