This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and involves interaction with senior leadership and functional leaders across the organization. The role is essential for maintaining smooth communication, facilitating reporting, and supporting decision-making processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and office management support to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Assist in the creation of various documents, reports, presentations, and other written materials.
- Prepare initial reports, background materials, and conduct research to inform strategic decisions.
- Communicate with external partners and stakeholders on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong financial expertise and analytical capabilities are essential for success in this position.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- A positive and professional work demeanor is crucial for effective collaboration with senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills are essential to manage competing priorities.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion is preferred.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are imperative in this role.
- Previous project management experience is beneficial for supporting operational initiatives.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques is an advantage in this industry-specific role.
Working Conditions
