About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate, Infrastructure Investments to join our team in Montreal. As an Associate, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to identify, evaluate, and execute infrastructure investment opportunities globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of investment opportunities, including financial and strategic due diligence, to assess their potential for growth and return.
- Assess target companies' historical and projected financial information, strategic positioning, industry dynamics, regulatory environment, and other pertinent factors to inform investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including investors, developers, and other market participants.
- Support the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and other materials to communicate investment opportunities to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investment opportunities, including financial data, market research, and regulatory information.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial analytical tools and databases.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
